    I think Mark Cantrell would be a good hire if not there maybe he should think about the Rose Hill job, I think they have the same talent that Boyd has right now, so they will both be a rebuilding year.

    From what I heard this was a very good game getting very physical in the second half. Looks like Ashland may deserve to be in the mix with East and Rowan. I believe any team could beat the other on any given night.

    Doesnt Rose Hill still have enough players to have a basketball team? They may not be able to win district but at least the kids that have been there and still want to stay there could play some ball.

    Just reporting what I was told. :idunno: Guess the problem should have been corrected at the time, why didnt Greenup scorekeeper say anything at the time. :idunno: Oh well good game by both teams.

    I agree, the official book had the same as the scorekeeper so problem solved. I was just trying to explain to Greenup fans on how it looked like a point was not counted.

    This is what I was told about the game. Greenup county was at the foul line and missed a free throw, the scorekeeper hit the button and gave Greenup the point instead of taking it off he left it and when Greenup made their next basket he only gave them one point and that would have made everything right. Yes he probably should have corrected it from the beginning but he didnt and everything ended out ok. Like I said this is what I was told I am sure some will say otherwise and thats ok. Correct me if I am wrong. Other than that congratulations to Rose Hill and nice game by the seniors tonight on their senior night.

    Does everyone think this only happens at Ashland and Boyd County? (kids leaving, coaches leaving, POLITICS)
