I'm not saying he didn't roll his ankle. I'm saying I heard froma guy who goes to camp every year that his arm isn't the same. It won't matter anyway if the line can't protect him. Everyone wants to say they'll be better b/c of Palmer, but they were terrible last year when he played too and now he's coming off of not preparing and an elbow injury. He's been progressively worse since 05.

August 29, 200917 yr The person who says that his elbow is still hurt and will take him out of this season is correct. He probably did hurt his ankle, no doubt about it. But that isn't what is really going on. He made a mistake not getting his arm fixed last year when he had pretty much the whole year off. It will come back to bite him in the butt. And yes, he has def. been progressively worse since 2005. Hard facts.

August 29, 200917 yr Hard to play at a high level when you are coming back from injuries and sitting on the bench with other injuries. Knew we would get the excuses. Fact Carson Palmer, franchise QB, 7 years, 1 winning season, no playoff victories. "High level" is very debatable. Exactly why I put it out there that some will not accept the truth.

The guy I know is a high school coach and isn't a pro scout, but he thinks he doesn't have the velocity or accuracy he had in 05-06. His numbers are in a terrible decline since 05. My feeling before the injury was it was b/c of the line. Now I feel he's hurt and the line is worse. I'd be shocked if he starts 12 games.

August 30, 200917 yr Carson's health is the only thing keeping Carson down. If he's healthy, they have the tools to have a very nice offense. The Oline is still a work in progress but they have talented/hungry guys upfront.
