Nothing surprises me from the KHSAA. I have seen players ruled eligible because their parents rented an apartment in a new town, kept their old house, lived in their old house, put a "For Sale" sign in their yard, and asked an unreasonable price. The KHSAA is blind at times.

Does the fact that Terry has to cross the Ohio River to get to school every morning have any bearing on his eligibility?

Does it really matter? Is everyone's lives changed because a 15/16 yr old has moved schools? Where ever he is attending I am sure we as fans of basketball will be treated to a few tomahawk poster shots, and I will be the first in line to get an autograph; that I will save and cherish until its value skyrockets via EBay....

I do not have a theory. I made the comment that I did not think all the issues at Rose Hill could be laid neatly at the feet of Tim Fraley and JS responded that I was wrong. My response to that was we will just have to wait until we know all the facts. I find it hard to believe that Tim Fraley operated in a vacuum without the athletic director, the administration and/or the posse that ran the basketball program during that period knowing what he was doing. We are not talking about New York City here we are talking about a relatively small entourage of adults who were all intimately involved with what went on at the school and more importantly with the basketball program.

You may be right. I know that at our school, we all are on the same page and there are channels that we all must go through when dealing with issues and there aren't many situations that coaches and administration aren't all in tune with what's going on. However, from the talk at a recent meeting in Lex. about this issue, there seems to be only one avenue that has problems. I've been more than clear on what that avenue happens to be. If there are others, then you are correct, they'll come out in the wash. All I can say with much certainty is that there is only one theme with the problems there that I'm aware of. :thumb:

Actually we are talking about adults in this case. The adult has to allow this to happen. The adult lost her job, moved her son, and supposedly changed her residence.

So your willing to throw everyone associated with the Rose Hill program under the bus without proof or clarification? First of all does anyone actually know why Rose Hill is being investigated. Is it an isolated incident or a series of events. Fraley certainly could have operated in a vacuum in an isolated instance.

I am not throwing anyone under the bus. I merely made the observation that I did not believe that all the problems here can be laid at the feet of Tim Fraley. If he alone committed violations which are now threatening the program then someone should have known. I do not know the answer to your question about whether it is an isolated incident or a series of events but I would not expect an isolated incident to rise to the level where it threatens the program. I would expect there to have been a pattern of events or actions, on someones part, in order to rise to that level.
