Have heard the allegations that Rose Hill's program was under investigation by KHSAA for a couple months now. I'm sure it will be made public soon. If Facebook status has any credence, Corey Gregg posted on his wall this morning that on Monday he would be enrolled at some school somewhere and indicated that he didn't care where it was, but that he would be the first in the gym and the last one out.

 

When adults make poor choices with kid's lives (speaking of the basketball program - not parents) the kids should not be made to suffer the consequences. Only the adults responsible should be held accountable. Just my opinion.

Spindoc: Certainly not these kids cuurently on the roster. IFwhat I am hearing is true, the allegations were from several years ago and involved tuition being waived for some athletes, but not for others, during the tenure of Coach Fraley. It doesn't make sense to penalize current athletes/students based on something that occured then. I would think the penalty should be for the adults behind the alleged actions and not the kids. Again - just one opinion. I'm sure there are many other opinions!

If in fact the possible alligations against Rose Hill involve tuition issues then it doesn't seem as though all the blame can be pinned on Fraley. Wouldn't any tuition decision involve the RH administration? Since the alligations have not been made official, I'm not saying tuition is the central issue, but if it is, I don't think blame could be placed on any one individual. Of course, JMO...

One player has left. Principal is the same. Administrator is different.

And, Kayla Day, on the girl's team has also enrolled at Fairview. A good authority tells me that Collin Kennedy went back to East Carter. Anyone know if that's true?

Douglas was the administrator and the lady that sat in the room beside him is no longer there either.

I know they called Dr. Douglas the principal. No matter, the administration as far as the educator positions have changed since the Fraley years. My point is that the current ones would not have been involved in any alleged wrongdoing at that time and it would seem unfair to punish the school now for something that might have occured a while back. JMO

I have no idea who they is but Dr. Douglas was the school administrator, and Jerry Foster was principal. Not that it matters for the sake of your argument, just adding clarity.
