If the Bengals signed a backup anything, it could be backup-head coach for all that it matter, it would make it on Sportscenter in about 3 days when they had an extra 15 seconds to spare after the Patriots, T.O. conversation in the football section.

August 9, 200917 yr Harang has pitched very well so far. Reds lead 5-1. Harang gave up his only run in the 6th. San Fran had 1st & 3rd after a bloop single. Harang-a-tang got Pablo Sandoval to ground into a DP, but the run scored. Gonzalex is arguing balls & strikes. I'm pretty sure the home plate ump told Gonzalex "you're right...you're right." That's a 1st for me.

August 9, 200917 yr Why let Harang hit with the bases loaded in the 8th. You have a chance to break the game open. One of the best bullpens in the league with Massett, Rhodes and Coco. Dusty is a blooming idiot.
