July 6, 200917 yr I think this is a pretty big game to set the tone in this series and hopefully take 3 of 4.
July 6, 200917 yr That was a heartbreaker. Especially with how Bailey pitched. Was it a couple years ago when the Cardinals came back from 9 down to beat the Reds? It was all down hill from there if my memory is correct. It's been longer than that. Danny Graves was a part of that game, and he's been long gone for a few years now. It was in 2004. I remember watching that game & promised never to watch another game if the Reds somehow blew it. They were up 6 or 7 at the time. I lied.
July 6, 200917 yr IMO the three key players for the Reds should they want to contend are Bruce, Tavares, and E5. I can live with the rest of the lineup as it is now. Those 3 have to have a strong 2nd half or the Reds will not contend - even in the mediocre Central.
July 6, 200917 yr 4-0 Phillies. 2 2 run shots. Cueto can't find the zone and when he does is getting hit hard.
July 6, 200917 yr Well this will cut my viewing off for tonight. Guess that is a good thing, time to do some HW.
