Word is that the Michigan coaches are very impressed with Miles and like him at Safety or "hybrid" Linebacker. Several in attendance at the 1 day camp in Ann Arbor said he was the "most impressive physically" of any player there. There were 80 invites to this camp. He did not participate in the afternoon drills...anyone have info on that? It seems Miles may be real close to an offer from the Wolverines. :thumb:

Good to hear, always very nice to see local talent make it to the big stage!!! I hope he gets an offer

I'd much rather him go to UC..

Please Miles, don't make me attempt to like the Wolverines.

It would be the same mentality as when Engleman (Spelling?) played there. I will root for him to play well, but I can't root for Michigan. However, it's tough to beat the education/competition combo that Michigan offers.

Thought he was UL bound but what do I know.

From what I have heard he has never been overly fond of UL...

Miles seems to like Central Michigan more than the Wolverines. I personally don't seem him at either. I think he will stay much closer to home than that.:thumb:

I heard he told Greg Nord he didn't want to go there

I would be thrilled to see Miles go somewhere close so we can keep up with him. Also would like to see him get the chance to play offense in college too if that's what he wants. Ultimately though I just hope he finds somewhere that he feels at home on the campus.
