June 17, 200917 yr Another water is wet story, but here it is: http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=4264062
June 17, 200917 yr How do these names get leaked out slowly like this. Give us the rest of the name, like we didn't know he did already.
June 17, 200917 yr I'm pretty sure if you gave me an "at bat mugshot" of most players within the past 30 years I could probably guess right within a few percentiles. FYI, the reds have players on their team right now, that have AT SOME POINT(maybe not while in the league), taken a banned substance by the league. With probably a couple of them having roided as well. I'd be money on it, but it's hard to prove without an eye witness account.
June 17, 200917 yr Are you sure it's Sammy Sosa that they are talking about? I mean come on not him...He didn't even hit that many homeruns did he? I mean come on, he couldn't have taken steroids because he was spending his time corking bats.

June 17, 200917 yr Not sure if anyone else heard them or not, but I really thought Dusty Browns comments on the subject were both classy and honest.
June 17, 200917 yr "No speak english".:laugh: Now that's funny right there, I don't care who you are.
June 17, 200917 yr Another story that no one is suprised by anymore. Guys like Sosa, McGuire, Palmero, A-Rod, Bonds,Clemens make me appreciate guys like Derek Jeter,Griffey,jr and Frank Thomas even more. Those and others that have never been suspected or implicated in any way for steroids. Past players like H. Aaron (the true MLB hr king), W. Mays, F. Robinson......really all of the older players that did what the did on hard work and desire, respect for the game and its rules. Like I have said before......Hank Aaron did it on hard work, dedication and desire. (what a concept, who knew?:idunno:) Babe Ruth did it on hot dogs, cigars and beer (and all were legal).
