I truly have no problem with the applause, if kept under control. For me it is the hollering, screaming and air horns and the disregard for others around them as they either carrying on a conversation during the rest of the ceremony or begin to gather up belongings and leave the stadium before the ceremony is over. Those acts are just plain rude.

May 14, 200917 yr This keeps getting proven over and over in here. The "hold your applause until the end" is something that the "ME" crowd doesn't have to abide by. Rules? Common courtesy? Ettiquite? Who needs 'em? It's everyone for themselves doing whatever the heck they want to do. Makes me ill. :puke:
