This definitely means it is not his first positive test.

I actually really like Manny and hate to see it. If his story is true, than it's just typical Manny carelessness.

 

I do however find it funny that the Manny owner in my league adamantly refused to trade Manny for ANYTHING and wouldn't even entertain offers. This is what he gets.
