Love him or hate him,,, Limbaugh's facts are correct over 90% of the time.. Right leaning company's like the Sullivan Group have him as high as 98% correct and left leaning company's have him at 94% correct..

I disagree. While I respect Powell as a man and his personal accomplishments, I believe as a moderate politician his compromise on several issues that in my opinion he should have been uncompromising on make him appear spineless and ineffective.

 

A gentleman does not resort to personal attacks in the media, but instead settles issues privately and face-to-face. That means that neither Rush nor Powell are gentleman. I also whole heartedly disagree with the post about honesty about the issues. Rush I believe is bluntly and brutally honest, and people don't like that he is right. He is an arrogant horses butt in the way is says it, but most of the time he is right.

 

More evidence that moderates aren't welcome in the GOP anymore which is why it continues to grow smaller and more regional by the minute.

Rush Limbaugh is blunt. However, he is correct a vast majority of the time. Many don't like to hear the truth particularly when it challenges their own beliefs.

 

Colin Powell is whatever he finds it convenient to be at any given time. Does he have any real core beliefs? Who knows? I would join with the other posters who would not have voted for him.

 

I would be interested in knowing if those of you who so dislike Limbaugh feel the same about the parrots on MSNBC who are certainly far more vicious and uninformed. If not, then your opinion of Limbaugh is probably based much more on the message than on the messenger.
