The affidavit goes on to say that Tim Sypher delivered to Pitino on March 6 a written list of demands from Karen Sypher calling for college tuition for her children, two cars of her choice, a house paid off, $3,000 cash per month and a lump-sum payment of $75,000 if Pitino leaves U of L. Thanks. I guess it would have helped had I read the link Rockmom provided. :lol: That link also shows that she was giong to go public with criminal allegations. I wonder what those might have been? :confused:

Are you just speculating that b/c she's charged w/ a crime she's suicidal or did you read an article I missed? That's a leap. I surely hope she's not considering that. I'm not arguing w/ you. I'm jsut hoping that she's somewhat stable.

The husband was shocked about her allegations, but a month ago he knew enough about her allegations to hand deliver his wife's demands to stay quiet. You really don't see where I'm going? He knew more about the shocking allegations than he lead people to believe a few days ago. I'm not saying that he or Pitino did wrong. I'm saying he knew what was up.

It is interesting that her husband delivered the demands. Hummm!! Why would he deliver anything from her to Pitino? Why would she trust him to be involved? Mercy, mercy...... if she's locked up for extortion, what would she have to gain by keeping quiet? Sooner or later... the beans will spill.

April 24, 200917 yr By the way $10M is a ton of money to ask for. A ton. How could he pay someone that much money? She went overboard on her asking price. If she had something and asked for $1M this may never have come out and she wouldn't be going to jail. She played that one wrong. Also, could whoever the attorney is that asked for the $10M be in trouble?

No, I was just speculating with her obviously looking at prison time, her reputation probably ruined for life, and she has already stated that she is scared for her life, I feel that severe depression will probably set in.

This is the part that shocked me, after what he said last week. This just dosn't add up. Another thing that makes me wonder, the media being so closed mouth on this top story. Some strings are being pulled.
