April 17, 200917 yr Watching Gangland on the History Channel. I watched one on the Latin Kings the other night. Next day it was on the front page of the Lexington Herold that a 16 year old shot and killed another kid as part of his induction. This one is called The Hoover Criminals. They are based out of Portland. I was talking to some folks about the last one and it is a bigger problem then we think close to home it appears. Cincy/Lville/Lex/Hunington etc. I don't know if it has trickled into the smaller towns that much.
