sportsfan41 Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 Yea so did I, in 5'th grade. Please don't alert the media, I don't want to be herassed. I take N. Korea's rocket about as serious as my 5'th grade rocket.

Korea's rocket about as serious as my 5'th grade rocket. The United States, South Korea and Japan say the plan is actually the test of a Taepodong-2 missile, which is designed to carry a warhead as far as Alaska. U.S. President Barack Obama said on Friday the international community would take action if North Korea went ahead with the launch to show Pyongyang it could not act with impunity.

Korea's rocket about as serious as my 5'th grade rocket. I'd say it's a bit more serious than your 5th grade rocket: The payload of the rocket remains unclear. North Korea has said the rocket was to carry a satellite into space, but the United States, South Korea and other nations fear it could be a missile with a warhead attached.

The media doesn't have an election to cover any longer. This appeals to the masses. N. Korea can't touch the US. They can't even afford electricity....:ohbrother:

sportsfan41 Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 "U.S. says North Korea launch is a provocative act, will prompt U.S. to take appropriate steps" We've been playing this game for what 3-4 years now. Nothings changed.
oldrambler Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 "U.S. says North Korea launch is a provocative act, will prompt U.S. to take appropriate steps" We (U.S.A.) certainly should BUT............will that happen? We will see if appropriate action is taken or a "butt kissing"/"slap on the hand" takes place. That would be my guess considering.......:sssh: JMO
THEGREENDANDY Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 This is the type of stuff that can cause WW3. If that rocket would have malfunctioned and killed civilians in Japan......not good.
cammando Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 We just need to apologize to Iran for our arrogance and everything will be alright..

Wonder if this will come off as arrogance? USA telling another country what they can and cannot do.:sssh: O said there would be a stern reply if they did this. Wonder what stern means.
