Yes. And even with the two being very ideologically far apart, the two still get confused for one another frequently. Stein is a Lex-area representative.

If he runs, he's toast and may be taking the Republican party with him!!

You know if Bunning had been listened to back in the 90's maybe, just maybe, we wouldn't be in the trouble we are in now. He disliked Greenspan to know end and complained about him and how he was running the Federal Reverse. He (if you listened to him) preached about it all the time, but like today, he was just made out to be some sort of "grumpy old man"... and nobody listened. He certainly has a right to say "I told you so!"

 

Do I think Jim will run again, no but Trey Grayson will blow Williams out of the water just with the votes Trey will receives from the NKy Republicans in the primary, that is if Williams decides to take on Trey. Trey is someone the Republican party on a national level has been keeping a close eye on, as he is on track to be a rising star on a national level.... He is young, smart, good looking, has a young family, and carries no baggage from the past.

If he has any, and I highly doubt he does, ok maybe, just maybe he played a prank in HS,:sssh: it isn't the type that will kill his chances against Williams or anyone who the Dem's put up against him! Trey is a very smart young man, and a lot of folks on both sides of the fence like him a lot in NKy and other parts of Ky as well.

According to the CJ today, Bunning will be drumming up support in the NKY area this week.

I'm a Republican who has voted for him every time he's been on the ballot, but his drum now has a hole in it. It's time for him to step aside.

I think it is time for Bunning to retire. I too would love to see Grayson in the Senate , but then again I would love to see Grayson as Governor.

 

Grayson is the GOPs best shot to win, imo.
