It will be hard to find someone that is a quality hire. They will have to get someone that will be a rookie head coach or doesn't have a good record as a head coach. Only people getting hurt in this situation is the kids.

Glasgow is a progam that has a storied passed with both players and coaches, much like Kentucky Basketball (see the problem) Some say this would be a good fit or that would be a good fit. Look at Monroe, Metcalfe, and Green all 3 have won very consistently in the 2000's. Green was down a couple of years, but still have about 76% winning percentage. All 3 have coaches that played and now coach for their schools (Pride) makes a difference. If my history serves me right this would be only the 2nd time that glasgow has gone outside if the hire Wood successful at his school Edmonson. Give the young guy a chance if he wants stay within he will be okay.
