Gives me some more options. Sidebar is good. If there was a best fries category I'm convinced it's no contest. I had Mad Mike's again tonight and their fries are killer. Easily the best I've had.

I've had burgers at both places twice now....I honestly guess I must not have gotten the fries at either, because I can't remember them at all.

For what it's worth Sidebar's GM, Mikey Andrew, is a Cov Cath grad. Class of '97. He's a solid dude...and a definite foodie.

February 5, 201214 yr Might head to Herb and Thelma's today for lunch. Made it to Herb and Thelmas today and came away impressed. It wasn't what I expected at all, very dim but very inviting for me. I went to the bathroom and see a HS picture of my dad from the paper. It blew me away. Chip was so friendly, and he forms the patties right in front of you. The nostalgia in the place is awesome, where else will you find a Jane Meier bobblehead?
February 6, 201214 yr Not around here, but if ya ever happen through Sunbury OH. the place is Joes Firehouse Grill. North of Columbus, worth the 3 or 4 mile trek away from expressway food. I had a 2/3 lb burger that is top 5 for me. Mrs. Crunch had a wrap, friends in tow both had philly steak sandwich they said was unbelievable. Oh yeah and Yuengling on tap.
