I should have posted it earlier, but "Touchdown Club" Meeting tonight at Campbell Elementary Library, 6pm.

I wasn't able to attend the Booster meeting. Was anything interesting discussed? I know they were to elect new officers, if so, who are they?

I find jerking kids from school to school for the purpose of sports sad. Last year about this time Mason was enrolled at Mason County for a short period of time. It sends the wrong message to the kid.

As was spoken about in the Greenup Football thread, this is not a sports issue and since this is a personal issue, it will not be discussed in a public forum. Yes, Mason is a great kid, my God son, and he deserves us to respect his family issues and be positive and supportive. I know the facts about his moves from school to school and trust me, the reasons are valid and when (if) the facts ever go public, you'll understand too.

The 4th annual "Show of Strength" Weight Meet will be held at Raceland on Saturday February 28 at 9am. This meet will consist of Raceland, Russell, West Carter, Lawrence County, Green (OH), and Lewis County. If other teams have been added, I am unaware, I do know that other teams were invited. Should be a great weight meet.

Greenup will not be at the meet, but I can assure you that next year after Coach Copley has a full year with the team, GC will make some noise in this meet.

Remember Ram fans, Show of Strength is at 9am this Saturday. Come show your support. Admission is $2.

The Show of Strength Weight Meet went very well. Raceland had a great meet and some players have shown great improvement over the winter program.
