February 1, 200917 yr Author I think Knight is one of the best coaches of all time. He would certainly get those programs going, IMO. I would be concerned about his age, though.

February 1, 200917 yr Bobby Knight is one of my favorite coaches of all time. I wouldn't hire him if I was Alabama or Georgia. I would want someone who could build a program and be there for the next 5-10 years.

February 1, 200917 yr I think Knight would stick around for a bit. I would like for him to go to Alabama if he was offered the job. If not then I say they go with someone younger with a proven track record for building up programs.
February 1, 200917 yr I can't see Knight at Georgia. Given the influence that C.M. Newton reportedly has at Alabama, the Knight possibility is intriguing. I would still be very surprised to see it happen.
