"Honeys play me close like butter play toast."

Almost my senior quote.

Definately 2Pac, does anyone have his address in Hawaii? Seriously, 2Pac had a lot of issues outside of his movies and lyrics but he had talent, that was obvious. I've always enjoyed his movies, bringing this thread up, I may go rent a movie of his.

I will admit though Tupac's, or should I say Makaveli's "7 Day Theory" is one of the best albums ever made.

So I listened to Juicy. And what is so great about that!? I turned it off 1 minute into it. Not my cup of tea.

I didn't really listen to either much when they were alive...but I do like some Tupac now.

I did an entire 5 page paper last year on why East Coast Rap is of higher and better Quality than West Coast Rap. Mainly focusing on Tupac, Dr. Dre, and Snoop Dogg versus the BETTER Jay-Z, Biggie, and Nas. With the add ins of NWA, Mobb Deep, etc. . . .

I voted for Biggie and I really think his rhymes and flow are better and more complex than Tupac's. Not that I dont like Tupac, just that I enjoy listening to BIG more.

Just FYI but 2Pac was born in Harlem. :D

Blasphemy.

Agreed. Probably one of the top ten hip hop albums of all time.

The funny thing is, I'm not really a rap fan at all, just was in the mood tonight. I have a playlist that is all Tupac, Biggie, Outkast, and the Roots and tonight I decided to throw it on when I got home.

His first verse in Notorious Thugs is by far my favorite verse of all time. 2Pac still is better overall.
