January 1, 200917 yr I'm pretty sure it will be some combination of corned beef or ham, cabbage and black-eyed peas for us. A lady who works for me was talking about cooking that tonight. Something to do with luck or such in the new year. I had never heard of this one.

January 1, 200917 yr Surprisingly, my wife got up this morning early and fixed me a nice breakfast. It was almost as if she didnt drink at all!:sssh:
January 1, 200917 yr Hope you all had a good time last night. I cut myself off at about 12:30, so that I would feel okay to go to my girlfriend's family get together today. Still enjoyed quite a few beverages though.
