However, first of all, I don't know who says that. Second of all, if the above is true, why doesn't Elliot just schedule some NKY, Louisville, or Lexington schools? Elliot claims all this disrespect, but have they done anything (aside from whoop up on inferior teams) to do it? It isn't a knock on the EC players at all- but if the coach and AD want to prepare their team for a run at the state title, shouldn't they play the best? Other 16th region teams do it. What's the hold up?

What is Ferg shooting on the year from behind the arc? Like I said, there's a kid in Covington shooting 84% on the year from behind the arc who has missed just 5 shots ALL YEAR and played much tougher competition while doing it.

 

Ferg, and the Faulkner twins are good players, but come on, you can't honestly say Elliot has three of the best players in the state considering the rest of the talent out there. Time will tell my friend. Good luck the rest of the season. Hopefully we'll meet up somewhere down the road. :thumb:

Watched some of the game on the net and Huntington wasn't very big at all. If they are the best West VA. has to offer...doesn't say much for them as a state.

 

Which was it Eta a good win or another night of not playing anyone! SC did have some size, very athletic & shot the ball well. This team could compete in Ky with Top 20 teams. Maybe not the Top 5 or so but definitely the Top 10-20.

SC was a so-so team from what I saw but anytime you can beat an out of state opponent that's ranked the best they have, it's a good win. :thumb:

Ferg lit it up against SC. He was hot. He is shooting 45.8% behind the arc

while drawing every teams best defender, double, chaser!! 63.3% overall

and 81.8% freethrow.
