IT doesnt matter what the weight room looks like Bell probably has a sub par weight room. Montgomery County is a very nice weight room but they dont use it adequately. Its all in coaches and the players dedication the sport.

Covcath and Highlands both have TINY weight rooms. Covcath's is more like a garage and Highlands' is probably smaller than a classroom.

 

One of the nicer ones I have seen in the nky area though is Holmes. They just got brand new nautilus equipment, 2 tread mills, and got a new rubber floor to replace the old one. One side of the weight room is a huge mirror that stretches the length of the wall. I think they also have two bolted down one man sleds as well.

 

Cooper also has a pretty nice weight room and facility. It overlooks the gym:

I love the indoor sled. Great way to teach technique over the winter.
