December 12, 200817 yr Author I'm going to grab a bite to eat right now, but I have some really awesome stories to share about tonight when I get back :thumb:
December 12, 200817 yr Wireman, that's AWESOME! And it made you feel great! I get to be an elf on Sunday. Where I work, we have a kids Christmas party for the kid of our employees, and I get to be an elf and help out. I think I'm in charge of the pictures. I can't wait!
December 12, 200817 yr Thats sounds like so much fun! Of course, if my hair gets any grayer, I wil be able to pass for his brother any time now.:irked:
December 12, 200817 yr You weren't trying to convince children that UK is a Final Four team were you? I would play Santa Clause, but I can't drive a golf cart, let alone a sleigh.
December 12, 200817 yr Alright, hint #2: I was a hero for many people tonight I thought the answer was going to be that you had decided not to post in the College Sports forums tonight but I couldn't figure out why that made your back sore. Actually, that is really cool what you did. Bet it was a blast.
December 12, 200817 yr I read your first post and was wondering if this was BGP appropriate. Then I read where you said it made children happy and I became downright concerned. Good thing I read on or the police would already be at your house.

December 12, 200817 yr Man I wish you would have called me...I would love to have seen that...:thumb:
December 12, 200817 yr Everyone should do this at least once in their life. It is GREAT! I went over to the school where my wife works and "became" Santa for a couple of hours last year. Some of the older kids are punky:irked:, but it is so worth it with the little ones. "The Believers" make it more than worthwhile. It will make you wish you really were the Old Guy! My wife told me about one of the kids ahead of time. When he got near, she said "This is (well say Billy to protect him from Santa's wrath) Billy". I said "I've been having to watch you pretty close this year, Billy." After I left, he cornered my wife and asked "Why did you have to rat me out?" Edited December 12, 200817 yr by DADDY CAT
December 12, 200817 yr Good for you. Nothing puts the season of Christmas into perspective until you play Santa for children. Nice job!:thumb:
December 12, 200817 yr Bet you looked great in "Crimson/White". Good for you to spend time with the kids. :thumb:
