December 12, 200817 yr Author Alright, I was too tired from lifting kids onto my knee last night, so I went to bed. I'll pass along a few good stories... First, the way it worked out, I had to dress in my wife's classroom and I had to watch my 1-year old son in the room while I was getting ready. So, he saw me getting dressed up. This didn't seem like a big deal until I was out in the hallway talking to children and he kept pointing at me and saying "daddy, daddy, daddy!!!" My wife had to play it off like he was silly. Then my daughter who is 4 came along and sat on my knee and my son sat on the other knee and said "hi daddy". My little girl didn't catch on, and its a miracle. So, there was about 2 hours that I sat in a room and kids came in to see Santa, take pics and tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas. Every single one of them wanted various toys from DS Games to princess Barbies...except for this one sweet little girl that looked at me and said "I just want all the joy and happiness that goes along with Christmas." It was so sweet that I didn't even really know how to respond. I just gave her a hug and said "Merry Christmas" Another little boy was describing what he wanted and he said "and then I want Santa, well you, to come down the chimney..." That was pretty cute. Altogether, it was a very awesome experience and I love kids so I didn't mind doing it at all. I only made one baby cry and there were 2-3 that opted out of the room and decided they'd just send a letter :lol:

December 12, 200817 yr :lol: Good stuff, Wireman. Kids at that age can definitely brighten up the room. Especially the "believers" as some one put it. It's cool to remember how we were all that naive and innocent at one point in our lives. Gotta love the Holidays....:thumb:
