The Knoxville News-Sentinel is saying the same thing as is Chris Low. I hope it is the right decision. Time will tell.

Wonder why they let the cat out of the bag before Saturday? Think this will help or hurt the Vols Saturday vs. the Cats?

is this the person that got fired at Oakland earlier this year?

Yes it is. He was the OC at USC before he was the head coach for the Raiders.

Yes it is and I think getting fired by that goofball Al Davis gives Lane Kiffin more credibility and makes him a more attractive hire for Tennessee.

Remember Mike Shannahan?

Kiffin should coach some exciting offense. Meanwhile Fulmer walkes away with a 6 million dollar buyout to go do nothing.

Good for UT, I like Kiffin. I hope he can turn that team around..

Some vols are worried about never being a HC in college before and his in coming staff. His name isn't well known at the college/high school level.

People have to get their chance sooner or later. I think he will be a good fit for UT only time will tell though.
