Definately a mess and it has made national news (CNN).

Arrested for ignorance may have been my favorite quote.

What about his '06 campaign slogan?

Absolutely classic story. Is it any wonder that people in California or Kentucky or Texas think Kentucky is full of nothing but ignorant backwoods rednecks when stories like this go nationwide?

Me too.

I don't see where Sheriff Dick had much choice. The move was poorly thought out and executed.

Would someone trust a man named Chris "Pancake" Meyers to move their home for $200?

"Frances Barton's single-wide, the one she had fully paid $5,000 for "

12 people staying in a single wide? four adults and eight children ranging from 3 months to 12 years"

I love when Dick so eloquently said to the 80+ year old man:

"all up to you, baby."

Only in Kentucky...

NO RELATION whats so ever!!!!!!

Doesn't seem like she had much of a choice. It's not like she has a lot of money.

They probably had no where else to go. They're obviously not "wealthy".
