But since it was UK, you say it was very legit...With that said though I sure if it was opposite, some UK fan on here would say it was legit. Its just funny how different people see things, when it is not their team.

I agree - terrible call at the worst possible time. The SEC got their 8th team bowl eligible and that about sums it up.

I'm a UK fan and thought it was the correct call.

UK needs to stop playing with Guns, because they always seem to shoot themselves in the foot. You would think that would have to hurt after awhile...

Umm, you won't find a bigger UK fan than me, and I think it was a good call.

I guess I'm biased as well, but Davie was justifying the call saying it was because he went high. Since when was the body high? From all the angles I saw it didn't look like he went for the head. If anything the hit was a little late.

Cobb played poorly. The special teams showed a lack of discipline on several occasions. Our receivers didn't help the situation with Cobb, which meant the running game could never really get on track in the first half and most of the third quarter. Penalties were killers. This was just a poor showing by the Cats on a nationaly televised game.

To take some from Troy Palamlou or however you spell his name. When did people start agreeing with making this a pansy's game? I mean you see hits like that all the time in youth football and high school. Its football people, you are going to get hit, its part of the game. As I said if he hit the guy in the head, or speared the guy to the ground. Then yeah I could see maybe throwing a flag. However he hit him basically right after he threw the football, there was nothing wrong with that. The announcer said he hit him to high, but what do you want him to do. Hit him in the legs, where could hurt the guys knee or break his leg? That hit he put on him was just fine, and it wasn't like it was late either. There was no reason to throw that flag.

Idk about that. I mean he has also drove them down the field both times at the end of games. But he just usually ends up making a typical freshman mistake. Today's interception was not that bad IMO, that guy just made a great play on it.

When officials are told to protect the QB prior to the season then it's the correct call. If this was Lousiville or even Vandy that the flag went against, you would see what everyone else is seeing. Micah had plenty of time to pull up. Take off the blinders....

I think it was obvious that the DB wanted the ball much more than the receiver on that last offensive play for the Wildcats.

Exactly...and then he misses the spot with the throws...the slant at the end was open, he over shot the receiver and that got the ball picked off.
