Nah, I believe Franklin-Simpson as a pretty good team.

Did Fort Campbell have players sitting out with injuries? Franklin-Simpson is a good team, but this is a major surprise.

F-S is decent, but this has to be considered a pretty big upset.

My understanding is that Antonio Andrews did not play at all. :cry:

Fort Campbell's quarterback did not play tonight. He has been bothered by a dinged shoulder in recent weeks, which is one of the reasons why they have gone from scoring 52 points a game to 56 points the last three weeks combined. There is an obvious drop-off from first to second string.

 

But as another poster said, Franklin-Simpson is a real good team.

Franklin-Simpson is ranked 4th in 4A they are a solid team. Franklin-Simpson's QB is a D1 prospect.

Fort Campbell did not play their best player, Andrews at QB. The drop-off from Andrews to the backup is significant.

Andrews should be ready to play in the playoffs. If the Falcons have to go with the backup, it is going to get challenging really fast.

But NOT the upset of the year.
