I hope Bill Richardson and Colin Powell find a place on it.

I don't think Powell will get a spot. Richardson as Secretary of State.

Powell would be a great addition.

I don't think so either but Obama did mention something about getting advice from him.

Clinton?

I would guess they made that arrangement long ago, which may mean they had not intent. Is she done? Unless Obama fails miserably, I do not see the Democrats pushing her to become a presidential candidate before 2016, which means she will probably be put to pasture, ala Al Gore.

David Holbrooke, Dick Lugar and John Kerry possibly to name a few.

Richardson as Secretary of State.
Hasn't Richardson called for immediate withdraw from Iraq?

Bill Richardson as Sec. of State. He is good and has the foriegn background. I don't see a Clinton being picked for anything. If he wants to reach across to the Republicans, like he said, Mitt Rommney would be a good Sec. of the Treasury of head of the Federal Reserve. I could see Colin Powell accepting an advisor position on national defense and military matters. I could see Bill Clinton asked to envoy work overseas every now and then if necessary.

Romney would be a fool to accept a position in the Obama cabinet and he does not need the money. He had enough trouble selling himself as a conservative in the Republican primaries and his vision of how the economy should run is radically different than Obama's. In addition, Romney is a potential Obama opponent in 2012 and he would need to constantly look over his shoulder for incoming knives.

I may have dreamed it but I thought the news was reporting that Jesse Jackson would be appointed.

From an aesthetic standpoint, it can't possibly be as nasty ugly as Clinton's cabinet was.

There have been some encouraging news about possible pick for Treasury Secretary.

I hope you were dreaming. Or I may be moving

I believe many will be anxiously awaiting the decision on the Secretary of Health and Human Services appointment. Howard Dean, anyone?
