November 6, 200817 yr I have heard John Kerry for Sec of State, Bill Richardson for National Security Advisor, Caroline Kennedy Ambassador to the UN. RFK JR, something to do with the environment. Jesse Jackson Jr name has been mentioned. Colin Powell has been mentioned for Sec of Education. I'm sure John Edwards is kicking himself now I think he would have been the AG. I don't really get on here and say much about politics, but IMO he should leave John Kerry out of his cabinet. I thought he was a very lousy presidential candidate. Had there been a decent democratic candidate in 04 they would have probably beaten George Bush then IMO.

November 6, 200817 yr If RFK, Jr. is named put over the EPA, then I think an economic depression will become much more likely. The guy is ill tempered and whoever coined the term "environmental whacko," they must have had Kennedy in mind. The nation does not need somebody like RFK, Jr. harassing entire industries during a recession, they will have enough problems keeping their doors open for business. I also hope that you are wrong about Kerry. If we must have an extreme liberal as Sec. of State, then I hope that Obama will at least name somebody who is energetic and productive to that position. It is too important to turn over to a part timer like Kerry. I would much, much rather see Hillary in that position. Kerry is a slug. I am with you on RFK, Jr. He is as about far out there as you can get.
November 6, 200817 yr I just hope and pray he chooses his cabinet wisely. He is a smart man and I think he will pick a bright cabinet. The ironic part is that our first African American President will be following a president who even according to MSNBC, had the most diverse cabinet in the history of the US presidency. We have come a long way. Not there yet, but getting closer and closer.
November 6, 200817 yr Clinton as Attorney General? IMO I would offer Clinton something. If the Dems would have gotten 60 votes in the Senate, I think she would have been the first Supreme Court appointee under Obama.
