I will agree with you about total team speed. However Fred Hayes, Jam Merritt, and Tyler Ray are extremely fast. And Tall Trees yes Garrard lost to Taylor after scoring 56 points, however three of Taylor touchdowns came off and interception and two kick returns. Chris Thomas statisticly is the best running back in central kentucky.

 

Ask Western Hills about kick returns for TDs gy Frankfort. Weaver ran a kickoff back 80-something yards for a TD, Dwight Tillman ran a kickoff return back 80 something yards for a TD, Dwight Tillman ran a punt back 70-something yards for a TD, and Weaver almost ran a interception back for a TD (returned it 60 yards). Frankfort is definitely more than just Quan Weaver, but he is definitely an important component!

Over the past two seasons, Frankfort has beaten Garrard by a combined score of 98 to 13....I do not see this season changing.........:sssh:

Garrard has seen many good running backs this year. Chris Thomas from Taylor, Spencer Greer from Bell, and Somerset had several good backs. However these teams had other threats as well. If Frankfort is looking to just the one guy to win the game they may need a new gameplan. Not taking anything away from Weaver but last year most teams focused on E.J Fields which got Weaver open alot more. Garrard has definatly improved from last year.

JMo was the Heart and Soul of the 07 Panters....He rushed for 1100, and had 165 tackles....I know you remember when you were trying to score at the end of the second round game, and he picked off your slant and went 97 to House....Q may have been the best Back; however, he was very inconsistent on Defense.....

Weaver has the potential to be the best player out of Frankfort since Glenn Jones. But it's up to Weaver to get serious and push himself to that level.

 

 

As for tonoghts game, If Frankfort doesn't come ready to play the Lions will make them pay.

You can be a good leader, which Morgan may have been, but not the best back. I have always thought that the kids at Frankfort were very classy and respectful. Especially EJ Fields.
