Club level was terrific for my 14yo and myself this weekend. Not a problem at all. However, any younger and he wouldn't have been with me. At least now if there was a fracas he is big enough to get out of the way. I had terrific seats this weekend there, club level, 1st row. Best seats in the house IMO.:thumb:

Well, I had 2nd row around the 40 once and frankly, you couldn't see the field as well. I liked being elevated, but without anyone in front of me and still really close to the action. Not to mention the club access. Just a great day for my son and I.:thumb:

Seriously, though, I took my now 6 year-old to see Bengals-Steelers there 2 years ago, and probably won't do it again until he is at least 12. I can explain away the cursing and drinking (which he thinks is funny), but the facilities are very, very poor and if there was trouble, you would not get assistance until it was already too late.

Depends on where the seats are. No way on the end zone but the club and most of the upper level would be OK. The upper level is so steep most drunks are careful or they end up falling on their head.

Back when the Bengals were on primetime, I took my Dad, we were a few rows at the Fifty, the TV cart was ALWAYS in the way. My sons and I have watched from the Club seats and the Sky Box. Wore some beer last year in the Club Seats, Cleveland Game. Wouldn't think of kids in the end zones.

 

But really most younger kids don't watch the game anyway. Stay home and play with your kids or come to a Highlands game you will see a better game.

I HAD Bengals season tickets for 10 years. When my son was 11 I took him to his first game. During a bathroom break I was harassed by two guys for bringing him to the game. I couldn't believe it! As we waited in-line they kept giving me grief. "No one should bring a kid to a game". "If they can't drink don't bring'um" Those were just two of the comments I recall. Needless to say, as my son finished his business he turned and told both of them "I bet I know more about the game of football than you jerks". They were shocked! I grabbed his hand and out I flew.

You'll find customers, at any sporting venue, in any state which are less than tactful, regardless of what geographical location, they are from.

 

I have been to 4 different NFL stadiums and none were nearly as bad as Cincy.

 

I've been to Tennessee twice, Giants stadium twice, and Atlanta twice, as well as Cincinnati once. Cincy's fans were terrible.

Although I agree to an extent, this is sadly at every NFL season. Almost all sporting events are a big drunken party where people have an excuse to act like idiots. Like it or not, it's how it is.

 

I know for a fact that people in Tennessee and Atlanta do not treat opposing fans the way they do in Cincy.

I have gone to every game the last 3 years and I have only seen 1 altercation. Yes there is some profanity and things of that nature during the game. I went to Buffalo for a game and man was it bad there. I saw at least 5 fights. 3 of the 5 with Buffalo on Buffalo. Every stadium has their bad eggs. You guys who had a bad experience were just unlucky.

May just have been the section or area you were in. Put 50,000± in a stadium, there will be plenty or good and bad.

This has nothing to do with Randy Reed. This has to do with what I observed Sunday at the Bengals game. The way that people behave, speak, and threaten on the way to the stadium, in the stadium, and on the way out of the stadium is a joke. Until the Bengals institute a "No stupid hillbillies allowed," policy, I can't see any reason to feel comfortable taking a child to a Bengals game unless I have club seats. How sad is that?

 

Not younger than teens. It's pretty ugly over there. You could use it a a learning tool.
