Western Hills travels to Frankfort High this week should be one heck of a game. Hills continues to improve with every game no matter the score these young men always believe they can win. I think they proved that last Friday against Henry County.

Hills by 3 TD's

Frankfort has too many athletes... I'll take Frankfort 56-13.

This is a tough one to call. Hills is enjoying some unprecedented success right now.

Common opponents doesn't help out much either.Western Hills beat Franklin County by 18 (28-10). Frankfort lost to Franklin County two weeks later by a touchdown in overtime (20-27).

Frankfort won 25-7 against a tough Spencer County team. Western Hills lost to Spencer three weeks later in a close one (21-24).

I think whoever plays mistake free football and executes their gameplan nearest to perfection will win. I'm going to say Frankfort pulls this one out to create a three way tie for the city championship.

I can't speak for the other two teams in the city, BUT the one team downtown is more concerned about a District, Regional, and State Champioship.

Ill take Frankfort High by a touchdown in this one!

As they should be, but it is a point of interest for this game (being of the out-of-district variety).

The Spencer Co. loss was after Curry was ejected, so offense was very limited for Hills (and still had over 400 yards, but 5 turnovers). Hills is more physical and much quicker than given credit for. Will be a great game. Hills ranks in the top 12 in state in rush defense, while Frankfort runs the ball well. Hills wins county championsip 27-21.

That's a nice out.

Frankfort 27-21

Western Hills by a FG.

Is this the FPB game of the week?I will be at FC to watch senior night, but I would like to see this one later.I do think it's true the common opponent thing is probably out the window in this one.Good luck to both teams!

That's a nice out.

Don't need an out. I have a lot of respect for the folks on the west side of town. They are much improved from last year. Just stating the facts. The goals at Frankfort every year:

1. State Championship

2. Regional Championship

3. District Championship

4. Win every game.

5. Get better in practice daily.

6. Drive around the state and watch all the City Championship parades.

I can't speak for the other two teams in the city, BUT the one team downtown is more concerned about a District, Regional, and State Champioship.

True that.

Who came up with that idea anyway?

I think Frankfort speed will be too much for hills.
