This is really stupid...but when I'm over-the-top frustrated, I cry. It's the most absurd, embarrassing thing EVER! But, for some reason I always feel better.

I don't get "mad" very often.

On a day-to-day stress kind of level, coming home, flopping on the bed and cuddling with my dog works, or a long walk with him.

In vague, restless kinds of levels, I usually call my son, just to chat and catch up. That always makes me feel better.

I listen to love songs.

But if you tell anyone I am coming after you(LOL)

That made me laugh out loud!!! LOL!!! :thumb:

I'm a Type "A" personality and usually fairly intense, which often results in stress/pressure.

I rely a lot, on The Prayer of Serenity. During times, when it seems tough I like to recite it to myself, or just think of a few lines. Also being to yourself, can help with some tension.

I've always adopted the philosophy, no matter what is happening now, things will be better in 2-3 days. It usually does.

SERENITY NOW!!!

I can go fishing or hunting and forget everything, if only for a few hours.

I really miss being able to get out anytime I wanted to like I did in the past. Being out in Gods great outdoors, being on a lake at night with no sounds but the crickets, whiporwills and an occasional Raccoon along the lake shore, seeing a sunrise on a lake, river or across a ridge line in the woods and seeing the woods come alive of the morning ......there is nothing like it.

I also love the sound of a mountain stream and nothing else around.

I can also pray and relax, a prayer while doing any of the above mentioned also makes it extra special.

I once enjoyed long drives to clear my mind. Now, with gas around 4 dollar a gallon, I just set at home and drink.

Now that's funny right there, I don't care who you are.

Aside from my post above I can also get out to a shooting range...Patience my butt!! I am going to shoot something! (LOL)

And oh so unfortunately true for many of us.

Geez, I still miss that show.

I do to, but I still watch about 2 episodes a day.

If you're a fan of Seinfeld this will always put a smile on your face...
