Neither Josh Conner nor Clint Crawford played in this game for the 'Birds. It seems that Coach Mueller was comfortable giving HHS' two top running backs an extra week of rest. There was a running clock the entire second half. The game was 55-0 at halftime in Fort Thomas.

A lot of truths were found out on that field tonight. Can't see CCH rebounding very well after that.

What disappointed me most about the game was the last pass play by Cov Cath. There were two highly-skilled Guidugli boys right under it, and they both blew the reception.

With how badly Cincy Elder is pounding Cincy Saint Xavier tonight, the CCH-Elder game in The Pit in two weeks could be murderous.

 

Plus, CCH finishes the year against Louisville Saint Xavier, who is killing Manual right now. Yikes!

CC had exactly 1 play, with 1:10 left in the game, inside Highlands territory. They were promptly thrown for a loss on the ensuing play and did not cross midfield again.
