HENRY EARL ARREST HISTORY.JPG

African American Otis Campbell.

WOW. What a drunk. Any reason no judge has ordered him to go to treatment?

On one hand I had to laugh at this story. On the other hand, one must wonder just how many taxpayer dollars this loser has wasted with his wasted life.

Realistically you've gotta figure it to be near or over a million dollars. Shoot if it only cost $100.00 every time he's arrested that still puts it over $100,000. To think that he can be arrested, sit in jail, fed, given a lawyer, court date and every thing else. I dunno. Our jails are very efficient as far as feeding and clothing prisoners. But the officers arresting, and the court time, that's what really cost tax payers.

That's not my biggest beef. My beef is that he obviously doesn't hold a job, which means I've been funding his alcohol habit. That tick's me off. His liver won't hold out much longer and he will make national news again when he is found in a ditch with a beautiful hepatic orange hue in the whites of his eyes.

I just don't see how no judge has ordered him to some sort of treatment facility or something. This guy is pathetic, he obviously can't help himself, so this is one of the cases the government actually does need to step in.

I agree with you my friend.

That's over 11 years in jail.

I liked the part where the newsstation gave his stats and it said Days of Freedom 1.95.. and then they told how on average he goes to jail every two days.
