No. We are way beyond that, yet you continue insinuating that Obama is not a Christian but a Muslim. Obama is not a Christian, he is a Muslim because ____? I'll wait for your reply.

If he isn't then why have the discussion. I mean I convienced. He doesn't openly pray 5 times a day, he doesn't carry a rug with him everywhere he goes and he decorates a tree every December.

We believe that his history is relevant...and that it supports his religious choice of Christianity.

I've gotten so many e-mails this year about Obama supposedly being a Muslim and his lack of patriotism, etc. Most or all of them are scurrilous attacks that prey on people's fears. Those are just as bad as some of the far left's attacks on Palin.

 

So I'm not the only one?!? I have a private email account, that gets pounded with only one type of spam - anti Obama ads. Some are funny, some re bizarre, and some are just plain scary. I've never had any other spam or any anti-McCain ads. Do you think the Bush administration gave out my email? :lol:

 

Seriously though, the people that make or forward these things are probably pretty scary individuals. Makes you wonder.

I kind of backed out of this thread because I had the judgmental finger pointed at me. I was going to explain, but I didn’t think anyone would listen. Jesus tells us we can tell if someone is true by their actions.

I just can’t believe that someone who promotes the killing of innocent children is bearing good fruit. As for does he pray five times a day. I would hope so. I pray at least that many times a day. That does not make me a Muslim.

Great point, LBC. You are exactly right about Obama taking McCain's $5 million comment out of context. I doubt that McCain will be running Obama's "Muslim faith" out of context but if he did it would be exactly the same thing that Obama did with McCain's joke about what he considered rich.

Obama also distorted McCain's response on the house question. Obama ran ads for days ripping McCain for being out of touch because he wanted to accurate in his reponse rather than fast. I recall John Kerry claiming that he did not own any SUVs in response to a similar question. He later explained that his wife owned the SUVs. Had McCain given such a weasly answer, he would have rightly been ridiculed. Instead, he gave an honest answer for which he was unjustly ridiculed.
