I am not being argumentative, but after what Fairview did to EC in Grayson, you believe the Raceland score will be closer? Just asking..........

The Fairview/East Carter game was actually in Westwood. I think the Raceland game may be a little closer as well.

Isn't that what my prediction says?

If Raceland scores more the 40, I will be shocked. I'm not saying that Raceland is going to dominate, but even if they did, Coach Vanderhoof never allows that many points to be scored. It sometimes hurt the perception of Raceland around the state (a team will beat another team by 50, then Raceland plays the first team and only scores 35), but he does not care about that, he will not run the score up on anyone. That is why you rarely see Raceland score more then 35 points.

 

I'm not saying it won't ever happen, I'm just saying it is very rare.

 

I don't think it will matter in this game anyway, I expect a hard fought game with a relatively close score.

I realized my mistake after re reading it after posting. I was thinking ahead of my typing. I knew the game was in Westwood, but I was thinking about us going to Grayson. Thanks for correcting me......I was hoping would notice mistake #1 of the week.

I believe the Rams are the best team in the region and not just on the small school scale I mean period. good luck Rams except when you play the Musketeers.

 

That is a great compliment for the Rams. I just personally dont want them to think that. I would like for them to keep the mentality of we are a football team that has to play great together. Way to early to put them at best in the region.

 

I am going to go with the Rams on this one. Personal opinion not that it counts is dont let down second half. Doesnt matter how much you are leading by nothing is given for free.

Unless Raceland gets overconfident I think they will win. But the score will be closer than the Fairview/East game. East Carter just seems to play better against the Rams.

I think they expect the Rams to play Rams football. No one ever seems to expect Fairview to keep putting out winning teams. I'll agree, it may be closer, but I still think the Rams for the most part name the score.
