Pulaski County vs Mercer County

Featured Replies

Looks like a good week 2 match up. Who do you like and why?

Wow, this is a big district match-up in week two.

I'll be interested to see who wins this one.

Mercer wins! The Titans will be much more focused in this game and I'm predicting a 2 touchdown win!

Too many injuries for Pulaski.

Didn't know Pulaski have so many injuries, Mercer Co. just might win this one.

I heard that today. That explains the Rockcastle score.

Rock was winning before anyone went down. However the injuries sure didn't help them trying to come back.

PC QB Chris Muse missed the entire second half and doesn't appear to be playing this week. If he doesn't play look for PC to try to establish the run with Hines and Abner, but the backup is a more than capable QB. He doesn't run like Muse (but who does), but may actually throw a little better. PC has a tough row to hoe this week. Even though I like a lot of the PC kids, I just think Mercer will be too much.

put in something dumb I had to change

I think this is gonna be a tough game for the PC guys, but I see them being alot more focused and have alot less mistakes in this game..If the run dont work with Hines and Abner the back up QB has got a great arm and with a little protection from the line he should do really well getting the ball to #24 (white) he is a real good player and has got alot of speed. I wish them the best of luck on Friday!!

I believe that Mercer had some injuries as well.iIthink that their qb got hurt during the Madison Central game as well.

I believe that the QB (Trent Short) has an injured shoulder from the MC game. However, they throw the ball more when the #2 guy is in.

Mercer has to score when they get in the red zone.

Even though the Maroons have some injuries, their main problem has been not being aggressive enough on the O Lines and D Lines. If their line of scrimmage will play as capable, they will be fine.

Without Muse Mercer wins 22-20

That was almost the exact same score last year with Muse.

Most Mercer fans would rather see Trey Dunn at QB. He was the #1 QB for all of the scrimmages, but for some reason didn't start the Madison Central game.

Mercer needs to take care of the ball and they will be fine.
