They are a system team and all those guys on offense have been running it now for 4 years, so the newbies just have to learn to drop back and pass block, they do a good job at it.

True, somewhat. The seniors that were freshmen 4 years ago was running this system. They've had 4 years of it. I agree that offense they had 4 years ago on the varsity level was just geared for their big RB. Middle right and middle left handoff.
