I don't know where you live, but if you'd like to be my guest for a day I'd be glad to give you a tour these neighborhoods that were once a nice place to live. But, I've been familiar with Cincy since I was about 20, and all the people I know in Cincy had always told me to stay away from the west side.

OTR is a perfect example of what happens when longtime members of a community give up and move away when poorer folks move in rather than staying and fighting to preserve their neighborhood.
