Henry County has a pretty nice field as well.

McCreary Central and Corbin's fields are at the top of my list, I love Corbin's dugouts and and their Stadium seating. Are there any more pictures of their field?

 

Maybe some including their seating?

I can't imagine a nicer field than Henry Clay's.

Thought it would be interesting to start a thread for those who have pictures of their High School Fields to post.

 

I'll start off with a picture of Whitaker Field home of the Montgomery Co Indians.

 

Dimensions 320 down the lines and 380 to center.

Bermuda grass over seeded with rye and Marmix dirt infield. Great playing surface.

Combs has done a fantastic job with this field. It had really run down over the past few years from a once great facility and Coach Combs has returned the luster to this field. If anyone has a picture of Lee County's field where Combs came from you'll see the same thing. Immaculate. Gene eats, sleeps, breathes baseball and it shows.

Of course if anyone has a picture of Boyd County's field it's a nice facility as well. I know Bath County just built a new field and have heard it's nice. Estill County also has a pretty nice field.

It isn't a new field. Several years ago, they moved the back stop back and redid the dugouts. Added restrooms in a separate building and put in a new window in the concession stand. Over the past couple of years, they've redone some seating and cleaning up outside the field. The field has always had a lot of charm, even compared to all the new fields in Lexington.

Letcher Co. Centrals new field. Looks like a really nice facility :thumb:

Lafayette has one of the most unique fields in the state. A great place to watch and play a game.

 

Letcher's field is looking great. Can't wait to see it in person.
