August 7, 200818 yr Big East is a better confrence this year... And UC is going to be better than last year as well...
August 7, 200818 yr I honestly think 8-5 would be worst case scenario, but playing in Hawaii isn't a vacation. I remember the last time these to fought it out. August 28 Eastern Kentucky September 6 at Oklahoma September 20 Miami (OH) September 27 at Akron October 3 at Marshall October 11 Rutgers October 25 at Connecticut October 30 South Florida November 8 at West Virginia November 14 at Louisville November 22 Pittsburgh November 29 Syracuse December 6 at Hawaii
August 7, 200818 yr : Why 13 games? Do they have to win 7 or still 6 to be bowl worthy? The Bearcats need 7 wins to go bowling.
August 7, 200818 yr UConn, USF and Rutgers have not beaten UC in the past two seasons. I don't look for that to change this year except for maybe USF. Here's to a bitter cold end to October... I'll check with the horned U and see if they need me to tow up an industrial sized blow warmer with me. :flame: Anything under 60 degrees is winter gear for us. I'm bringin' my long handle underwear. Seriously, I would not be surprised to see the Bearcats finish with 10 or 11 wins and a BCS bowl berth.
August 7, 200818 yr I don't know anything and haven't followed who teams signed, practices or anything. SO just going by a hunch, I will say 8-5. I would love to see the Cats have a great year and get 10 wins though.
August 7, 200818 yr Why 13 games? Do they have to win 7 or still 6 to be bowl worthy? The NCAA allows a 13th game for traveling to Hawaii...
August 8, 200818 yr Author August 28 Eastern Kentucky -W September 6 at Oklahoma -L September 20 Miami (OH) -W September 27 at Akron -W October 3 at Marshall -W October 11 Rutgers -W October 25 at Connecticut -L October 30 South Florida -L November 8 at West Virginia -L November 14 at Louisville -W November 22 Pittsburgh -L November 29 Syracuse -W December 6 at Hawaii -W I just don't see them losing 3 in a row.
August 8, 200818 yr I just don't see them losing 3 in a row.I think South Florida, @WVU, and @UofL is a very tough three game stretch.
August 8, 200818 yr Author I think South Florida, @WVU, and @UofL is a very tough three game stretch. That is true but I think the D is too good and they are too well coached to lose 3 in a row. UC will get revenge on UL this year.
August 8, 200818 yr That is true but I think the D is too good and they are too well coached to lose 3 in a row.I agree about the D, and think UC can have a great year like last season. If the QB position can produce like last season, I'll be putting a lot of attention on Sept 6th.
