I also listen to early Metallica and then of course all the great rock music in the late 60's, early 70's.

 

Thank goodness for MP3 players and IPODS, can mix and match a little bit of everything.

 

Exactly. I am listening to ITunes right now and I just listened to Lil Wayne and Clutch back to back.

I won't even bother picking a particular genre because I am extremely picky when it comes to music. There are certain bands/artists I like from every genre but I probably hate most from each genre as well. I guess rock/alternative would be my main form of music but you all can just call me Jim Jr as far as this thread is concerned. :lol:

I agree, I can't stand some artists, even if I love that genre.

Some rap.

Rock- Metallica, Pantera, Disturbed.

I listen to it every time before I play sports. That and the Kerncraft 400, that sports chant (Wo oh oh oh ohhh ohhh ohhh)

I am a definate metal head, but I also like everything else except rap.

I had to put other, I'm someone that can listen to just about anything. I definitely appreciate music. I have stuff from movies that has no lyrics on my ipod. Stuff from back draft and broken arrow, some other movies, like the rock. Just the music and it's flow can really get me pumped up for working out.

No rap or Hard rock. Love the older rock and easy listening , but country is my favorite.

Country and rap are the only 2 I really listen to these days.

Country, no question is my favorite. We couldn't pick multiple choices so I couldn't include Bluegrasss, Southern Rock, Southern Gospel and sometime Blues and "Oldies rock&roll".

90% of my music listening is country though (anything but "boy bands", heavy metal or rap).
