July 20, 200818 yr Volquez doesn't look like he has it today. There's a really good chance that the Volquez that you see won't be anything like the one you saw the first couple of months. Teams have made some adjustments to him but the big thing is the number of innings he has thrown. He hasn't been abused or anything but he may hit a little bit of a wall and be more human the rest of the way. If that does happen it isn't anything to get alarmed about or make anyone doubt how good he is. 144 Innings is his high for a season so far and he'll probably be without his best stuff a lot from here on out--what he has is still plenty good though.
