IMO, they bring the same skills to the table, when you compare the two of them in their prime. They both play good defense, both are very competitive and known for flagarant fouls in the playoffs, both have hit clutch three's (of course more for Horry), and they are both very versatile. Most importantly, they both have been spark-plugs coming off the bench. Their career scoring and rebounding numbers are very similar: Horry- Regular Season 7pts 5rbs playoffs 8pts 6rbs Posey 9pts 5 rebounds 8pts 5 rebounds
