Gasol by 500K more but this is Odom's last year in his contract.

Move one and make it happen. That would be nasty...

Bynum, Kobe, Davis running the triangle. WOW!!!!! That offense is made for a guard like Davis.

I would quickly become a fan of the Lakers and cheer for them. I am a big Baron Davis fan. That would definitely be a nice move for the Lakers. I would definitely move Gasol or Odom for him.

If I were the Lakers, I would move Odom ASAP if Baron wants in. I keep Gasol, but I trade Odom for a few basketballs if it means you get Baron Davis.

I've always been a huge Baron fan, I think it would be pretty cool to see him on the Lakers.

Shouldn't that word be plural???

Or Odom.

Who would be easier to play together...Odom and Bynum or Gasol and Bynum?

It seems Odom and Bynum would fit better together, but I hate to see LA trade away a guy like Gasol who can pass so well from the post, which is a huge plus, especially in the triangle.

I'll be at least mildly surprised if the Lakers trade Odom or Gasol...

I heard Baron to Clippers, but you never know.

Either team in LA for Davis. He went to HS and College there and wants to go back.

Arenas likely to accept Wizards' offer

Gilbert Arenas is close to accepting a six-year offer from the Washington Wizards that could be worth as much as $127 million, according to a source close to both parties.

Wizards team president Ernie Grunfeld early Tuesday morning offered Arenas a six-year deal for $127 million, one of two offers extended to Arenas just after the free agency period began. The Golden State Warriors also offered Gilbert Arenas a max deal, according to a source. The Warriors offered Arenas five years for $101 million. The Wizards, because Arenas was under contract with them, are permitted to offer six years while other teams can offer only five.

I'm hearing the Spurs might sign Corey Maggette! That would be huge.

The San Antonio Spurs have targeted Corey Maggette and are the front-runners to sign the Los Angeles Clippers’ free agent forward, multiple league sources said Tuesday night.

While no deal was imminent, Maggette would be expected to sign a multi-year deal for the mid-level exception, a move that would fulfill the Spurs’ desperate need for perimeter athleticism and scoring. Maggette would be leaving the Clippers, just as the team came to an agreement with Golden State free agent Baron Davis on a contract. With so much sudden salary cap space, the Warriors could be a threat to swoop in and take Maggette for themselves. The Boston Celtics have also shown serious interest in Maggette.
