Johnson 6'4 Guard- Corbin

Miller 6'5 Guard- Knox Central

Whitaker 6'1 Guard- Hazard

All three of these kids should be rated in the tops of this class.

 

I would differ. put the St.John kid into this group!

I agre with all 3 ofhose being great players. But I am not sure that Miller is 6-5. And I know for a fact that Whitaker is definitly not 6-1. Hes closer to 5-10.[/QUOT

I know him and have been up close to him not very long ago. I am telling you, he is not that tall.

The St. John kid from South Laurel! Big strong kid really good in the post! I think he's about 6'8 and still growing!

Colt Barnhill from East Carter might be the best true post player to come out of this class, I wouldnt be surprised to here some big news come out of the 16th region.

Nick Noble from Owsley should be a very good player over the next few years. This kid has to sit out his 10th grade year due to a transfer but he has the talent to make up for it.

You can't move from in state and it be okay? Getting pretty tight in the northern part of the state arent they? Are these new guys coming from Cincy? That is a closer move than the kids going to SC are making.

Euton had a legitimate reason. Jackson didn't. Plain and simple. But that's for a different thread. Not this one.

 

One is a 6'4 PG from Taft and the other is a 6'5 Guard/Forward from Woodward who will remind you a lot of Pittman. (size,athleticism,shooting)

Yes they're coming from Cincy, but both have a similar situation to the Johnson Brothers. They attended the Covington elementary and middle schooling system, moved to Cincy for 2 years and now are returning because of family problems.

 

A third is possibly on his way back but not sure yet. I don't want to speak too much on the third though because I don't know much about him except that he is apparently a D1 recruit. (Wisconsin)

I'll take McCreary Central's Aaron Watts over any player in the 2010 class.

A kid that may lead the state in scoring in 2009/2010 is Blake Bryan from Villa Madonna. He may not be of the caliber described in this thread, but will likely average over 30 as a senior. He averaged more than 22 points as a sophomore and the level of competition the school faces allows for some big scoring opportunities. So, look for him to be a scoring leader in the state.
