It's still up in the air. North Carolina A&T (where Nic Simpson of Highlands signed) and Louisiana Tech have both offered him so he's still weighing his options.

 

I've recently heard though that a few more D1 offers have come in. Not sure how credible the source is though so I'd say it's between NC A&T, Louisiana Tech, and the walk on offer at UK.

Heard he was playing in some open gyms down at Transy a few weeks ago. He'd be a great fit for Coach Lane. I would have thought he could have gotten some better looks than this, but he'd be a very good D-3 player.

Playing D-III ball at a place like Transy, Centre, etc. is pretty sweet duty. In addition to gettting to play, he would likely make personal and business contacts to last a lifetime. Sometimes the young men get so tuned in to receiving a D-I or D-II scholarship that they attend a school that would otherwise not be in the universe of their consideration. Transy is a great school. They would be lucky to have him. He would be lucky to go there.:thumb:

Western, with their style would be a perfect fit if they are interested in him.
